We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring that the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products and maintain an orderly store environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and process purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
