Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
