Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your contributions will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
