Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
