Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking and merchandising. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and overall company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide courteous service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of adhering to policies, working independently, and multitasking efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
