Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
