Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through effective merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensure cash handling compliance, and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently, handle equipment safely, and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
