Job Description

Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized. As a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, you will earn a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
