Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
