Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and ensuring that the store is well-organized and stocked.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus
