Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your collaboration with team members and clear communication with store management will be key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Full-Time Position
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory for accuracy
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
