Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to enhance store performance.
  • Participate in inventory management procedures and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail setting is a plus.
