Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and key equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
