Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

  • Full-Time Position
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
  • Address inventory, scanning errors, and report any issues to management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Work well independently and in a team

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Knowledge gained through a combination of education and work
