Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
