Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
