We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
