Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report feedback on products, inventory issues, and other concerns to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while upholding document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
