Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail experience preferred
