Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to handle weights, stand, bend, reach, and move around the store.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to use store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
