Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our store staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product levels, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
  • Operate equipment safely and operate a cash register accurately.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
