Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store associate team, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Experience in retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
