Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, providing exceptional service, and maintaining the store's appearance and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate equipment and handle sales transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
