Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a full-time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing your duties.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience desirable.
