Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
