Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Capacity to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
