Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
