Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
