Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stock replenishment, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandising displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and uphold document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
