Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
