Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and follow company cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of stocking and cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
