Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Equivalent knowledge through education and experience.
