Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy store appearance, and supporting the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
