Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and provide assistance to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
