Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a welcoming shopping environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures and maintain the confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
