Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and enhancing their overall experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute to inventory management by conducting counts and monitoring accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general store duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
