Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with handling and selling alcohol beverages in compliance with local laws.
