Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
- Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Adhere to company policies and uphold document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is an advantage
