Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a critical member of our store operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our shelves are stocked, store is clean, and customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with inquiries, and collaborate with team members
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements to management
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store security

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older, excellent customer service skills, and proficient in operating a cash register
  • Ability to operate equipment, follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus, combined education and experience considered
