Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
