Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and issues.
  • Adhere to company cash policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
