Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and general store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service skills and cash register experience.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus.
