Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in inventory management and store operations
- Follow cash policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Work effectively both independently and in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
