Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
