Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and issues
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
