Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and issues
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
