Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
