Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues, follow company guidelines, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Role Overview

  • Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness by organizing shelves and merchandising products.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handle customer purchases, and offer top-notch customer service.
  • Work closely with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands of the role.
  • Experience in retail and operating cash registers is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
