Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and uphold data confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
- Proficiency in using equipment and maintaining store cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
