We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, process customer purchases, and contribute to inventory management.
• Operate cash register, follow company policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to physical demands of the role, including lifting and stocking product weighing up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
