Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is organized and welcoming to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
• Stock shelves and displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
